Party Rentals

To help us process your order quickly, please email us with (i)PARTY DATE and RENTAL TIME, and (ii)PARTY VENUE. We will contact you by email or phone to finalise order.

Please note that full price is payable upon confirmation of rental booking. Should you subsequently cancel a booking, the following conditions will apply:

• If you cancel less than 14 days before but within 3 days before booked date, we will refund you the rental fee, but a $50 cancellation charge will apply.

• If you cancel less than 3 days before booked date, we will refund you the rental fee, but cancellation charge will be 50% of rental fee.
